  We have used them for six events and have been impressed with their coordination, punctuality, follow-up, and great product. If Shannon tells me they're going to be there, they're going to be there. Delivery guys are always willing to work with us on placement, and the clean up truck shows up without fail. We couldn't be happier with their service.

  At first they were great. After a 2 months stop cleaning portable toilet properly. Portable Toilet is filled with venomous spiders. Black widow in the urinal. Rep said portable toilet was blocked. They are very easily rotated.

  Poor customer service. Called the so called after hour customer service about a Porta John in the middle of a parking lot flipped over causing traffic problems for the business from a wind storm. Brian which is suppose to be customer service after hours line had nothing but excuses on why they could not get there to handle the problem. So I traveled 1 hour to upright the toilet and move it out of the way. Note this was suppose to be picked up two days prior to this happening. I do not recommend Access anymore when there are plenty of other vendors to choose from.

  Driver trying to service a unit ran the wrong way down a busy one way street & then claimed I was in the way. I was forced to stop in his path, because I was correctly using the roadway at the same time. Then he hastily backed up & almost hit a pedestrian, screaming at me to get out of the way. At that point the only way for me to move was into the same pedestrian's path, I chose to wait. Maybe their driver should pack his patience too....

  I'm not from Charleston, South Carolina. Come down here to help a fellow store out rescue trailer is around back. It smells worse than a portajon sitting in the Sun for 2 weeks straight, I don't know how often or how you clean, but it was terrible, asked your little cleaning lady who owned it. Had an attitude, no customers, friendly service.All you did was dump bleach inside mop the floor and call it a day. I used to be in the business for 28 years.And when I sat out of restroom trailer, it was clean as I don't know what same as my Porta potties, maybe I'll just need to tighten app a little bit or have your manager, come out and do rounds and check behind some of his drivers cause y'all literally suck no pun. Intended.\nI would never recommend y'all for anything.If your restroom trails look this bad , I'd hate to see your porta jons
