    We recently closed on our house in Tavern Hill and we are so happy with our decision. From the moment we walked into tour the model, we were instantly charmed by the style, beauty, and uniqueness of the Stanley Martin Home and the neighborhood. I instantly felt at home Katie and Christina made our home buying process so effortless from start to finish. They were both very communicative during the whole process. We loved getting update photos of our house as they were building! We were impressed with not only how quickly our home was built but with the quality of our home. When we received our home inspection report, the report didn't find anything that Christina wasn't already aware of and actively taking care of for us. Even after we closed, Katie and Christina reassured us that if we ever needed anything we can always reach out to them and they would get it taken care of, which speaks to how personable and dependable the team at Stanley Martin is. We could not have asked for a better experience with home buying!
