  Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new windows. They were clean, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with from start to finish. What really stood out was their attention to detail & care for our home - they went above and beyond to make sure my fig tree and bushes were not damaged during the process. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and so appreciated. I highly recommend Kevin and his team for anyone looking for quality work with a personal touch.

  We had Window World of Myrtle Beach do 13 windows and 3 doors. Tim DeHollander came out for an estimate and was very informative and helpful. He is one of the main reasons we chose them. When the installation began we met Kevin, Louis and Oscar, they did an amazing job! I couldn't be more pleased! FYI, we had 5 different companies give us estimates.

  I had 13 windows and 4 exterior doors replaced. Kevin and his crew did a wonderful job. 20 year old house that wasn't square and Kevin made the doors work better than original ones. Very professional. Would use window world again

  Window World was great to work with. We started at the showroom and it was helpful and informative. They spent time showing us the windows, doors and features. The salesman who came to our house was also informative, not pushy and helped us decide what windows needed to be replaced. The price of the windows and doors we chose was reasonable. The installation team, Robert, Cryuss and Chandler informed us throughout the installation. They were pleasant, efficient, helpful and worked great as a team. Their cleanup was acceptable considering the heat index was over 101 degrees and they were exhausted by the end of each day. The only holdup was the county inspector however the installers and the office crew kept us informed as much as possible. If they were not sure of something or needed to inform us, they checked with us immediately and that was helpful. We did not need to be on top of them, you could tell they were professional and a well oiled machine who just kept going. We highly recommend Window World and these 3 gentleman and hope they would be our installers.

  I got an estimate for replacing 3 windows on May 5th, 2026. I was told at the time that it would take 8 to 12 weeks to custom make and install. I was surprised when I got the call that they were ready to install on June 8th. Between 8 and 9 am: ...WAY ahead of schedule. Their installer, Kevin, showed up precisely at 8 am: ... extremely courteous and professional.. got to work.. and in no time.. we had new windows.
