  Community needs to install fountains in their ponds. The area is infested with mosquitoes because of the still water. They are so focused on getting people into the houses as soon as possible … they aren’t paying attention to this. Still water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Standing water provides an ideal environment for female mosquitoes to lay their eggs. The eggs hatch and develop into larvae, which feed on algae and other microorganisms in the water. If you want you and your children to get bit my mosquitoes everyday, you should move to this community!!!

  We love this place!! Our home backs up to the beautiful island green on the third hole. And Craig is an amazing salesperson! Highly recommend.

  The best Agent ever. Jay was awesome from day one. We were relocating to Myrtle Beach. When we met Jay as the representative for Ashton Woods, he had such a calming professional relaxing presence. He showed us just what we were looking for in our new retirement home. He answered all our questions and gave us so much great information.
