  Dylan Murphy was great! came to my shop same day. had all my faucets and shut off installed within 2 hours. super helpful. showed everything that was done and made future recommendations. its hard to find people who truly care about the work they do. Dylan went above and beyond. thanks a million from the crew at larrys!!!

  This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter from Myrtle Beach, and I will continue to do so in the future. They came out on the same day I called them worked with me on a manageable quote,and replaced a bunch of pipes that needed to be replaced with PVC. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and night to fix the problem right away. Dylan, Chester, and one other gentleman were extremely pleasant, polite, easy to work with, accommodating and very professional. Dylan was kind enough to even stop by the next day to see if everything was done to my satisfaction which of course it was. I would give these guys a five star rating and would highly recommend them to anybody. You guys did a fantastic job thank you very much. A+++++++++

  This was my first time using Roto Rooter and the experience was nothing but positive. I was notified ahead of time who was coming and their picture. When Ryan arrived he analyzed the problems with my kitchen sink drains and explained what was needed to fix the problem. Chester and Dylan arrived within 15 minutes with the Jetter. All three men worked together seamlessly to clean out the main line. Before Ryan left he had cleaned everything up spotlessly. Thank you Ryan, Chester and Dylan.

  I was completely satisfied with the Roto Rooter agent ( Chester Mitchell) that inspected by floor water leak. It wasn't a sewage leak or drain issues. His professional opinion n expertise ruled out all speculation from leaks. What a honor to engage with a truly honest Technician. I will always call n spread the word to others of this awesome experience.

  I cannot recommend this company enough. After a pipe busted late at night, I called seven different places that claimed to be 24/7 emergency services, but this was the only team that actually answered and showed up to help. They got the immediate issue fixed late at night and were right back out first thing this morning to finish the job. They were incredibly thorough and made sure every single detail was handled correctly before they left. A detailed report with pics and all. If you want someone reliable who actually stands by their word, honey, these are the folks to call.
