  today started off terribly wrong …We had three guest and my 3year old granddaughter was staying two nights with us ….my Guests tell us first thing this morning that there is something wrong with the downstairs toilet, they used the plunger and waited and it still backed up in the toilet….so they took showers up stairs… I called ROTO ROTOR and they responded quickly!!! I called about 7:30 am and Dylan Murphy showed up about 8 or so with his bio and picture of him…which was a great feature!!! Loved his bio too , telling about him liking his dog and it showed because he actually liked my dog as well!! That was just the beginning…it started out looking for the septic tank which I had no idea where it was!!! I spoke on the phone with my husband and he told me where he thought it was…. we have recently moved here 4 years ago ….and it wasn’t where he thought it was , so Dylan was trying to locate it!! He had checked the toilet out but needed to get to the septic tank so he called his boss who had to come out ( got a photo and bio of him as well) . They found the septic tank , then came in and removed the toilet and showed me in the hole where the toilet was that there were Big Roots growing in there ….it was disgusting , but they did get all the roots and a Small stump out, then they went to the septic tank and started putting some stuff on the inside of it … They worked for about 4 hrs!! GOT IT DONE!!!! It was so much going on and back and forth !!! My husband came home and was talking with the guys until they finished…and it was a beautiful day afterwards!!!! i’m so pleased!!! Thank you Dylan !!!! can’t say thank you enough !!!!

  I recently had a sewer line blockage at my home in Myrtle Beach, and Roto-Rooter came out promptly the same day. They found two separate areas where the pipes were blocked by tree roots, They did an excellent job getting the pipes cleared , installing new pipe, hydro-jetted the pipes and ran a camera afterwards to make sure the pipes were totally cleared. Eric, Paul, and Chester worked very hard during one of the hottest days of the year and were a great team. I really appreciate their professionalism and the effort they put into getting the job done. My pipes are flowing again! A big thumbs up 👍 to Eric, Paul, and Chester. Thank you for a job well done!

  Glenwood was amazing to work with. He showed up promptly and explained everything to me about the plumbing issue I was experiencing.   Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Myrtle Beach, SC Did such an amazing job finding the issues ( bad rusted sewer pipe full of tree roots) on our older line under our house, they quickly identified the problem and had a crew come out the next day to replace the old broken line with a new one.. Employees Drew and Josh crawled under our house in a small crawl space to make repairs.. The company and their crew are amazing and very professional to get things fixed.. Special thanks to Chester who is very professional and kept us informed with every part of the job! Highly recommended!!!
