  Jordan, our technician showed up exactly on time. Took care of our problem showed us how to use our new thermostat programmed it to our phone and iPad took his time. Make sure we understood everything very professional would highly recommend Jordan great technician one hours. Lucky to have him.

  First time customer but I expect to be a lifetime one. My a/c went out last night (August!) and I booked online at 9am this morning. My choice was pretty random (thanks Google reviewers!) but Noah arrived just a couple hours later. He couldn't have been more professional, courteous and trustworthy. He quickly diagnosed the problem, answered all my questions, and in no way pressured me to spend more than I was willing. Just a couple hours later, I have cold air flowing. I thought the price was reasonable and the service exceptional. Highly recommend.

  Aedin arrived right on time. I appreciated his texted introduction to himself before he arrived. He was more than prompt. He was thorough and was respectful of my property covering his shoes before he came inside. He also did his best to explain what he was doing in his routine maintenance visit.(I don’t speak AC So I didn’t make it easy for him.) He also left me good information about future steps I could take to preserve my fairly new system and didn’t press for more expensive options. He just invited me to consider things that would help keep my system in top-notch working order. He made a minor repair to correct an existing issue that could affect the performance of my HVAC system. Glad I’m on a maintenance agreement. I don’t have to think about it. They call me when it’s time for service. ✅ All done!

  From the initial call to the One Hpur Team leaving this has been a great experience. The response time was great, the assessment, the options, the financing, the communication, the installation, the cleaning, adding additional returns, and cleaning up. I wanted to have piece of mind through the entire process and I did. I can't recommend them enough. I stay extremely busy and don't have time to go back amd forth and I did not with One Hour. Our Conway Home is now very comfortable. Thanks for a job well done!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very good experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Josh worked incredibly hard, even in the heat and at times in the rain, and stayed with the job until it was completed. They started Friday morning and worked until almost 5:00 p.m. (or later) to make sure everything was installed and running properly. We had cool air by Friday night, which we really appreciated. I also want to thank Andrick for taking the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and pleasant. All three employees who came to our home treated us with respect and made the experience a positive one. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We appreciate the great service!
