  I don’t like the way they handled the situation with my grandfather yesterday. He booked an 8am-12pm appointment two days prior to the date, and they showed over an hour late. They’re whole motto is “on time, if not, free service” but the guy wasn’t very pleasant with my grandfather and said the reason he had to pay was because “the work order was cancelled a couple times”? Which was confusing? My grandfather never cancelled and rebooked anything. He spent days waiting in his home which over 86°F, only to be hit with over a $400 for late and unpleasant services. I don’t really think they truly honor their free service if late.
