  We called Monarch to do a repair (slipped tiles on our roof) and the appointment was scheduled immediatly. Austin Bostwick called to tell me when he was on the way. Austin repaired the slipped tiles and examined the entire roof while on site. We cannot thank Austin enough for outstanding work.

  My husband was extremely pleased in the manner in which Austyn Bostwick inspected our roofing issue. He was courteous, thorough in his inspection and one of the most pleasant contractors he has dealt with. He is looking forward to having our warranty issue corrected - hopefully with the same degree of thoroughness and professionalism demonstrated by Austyn.

  The young man who came to investigate my situation was Austyn Bostwick he was very knowlegable and explained everytning he saw and foundout about my case expertly and I was told these facts and he showed me pictures to back up all he found. I had this same leak several years ago and fellows went up and said they did a temporary repair in the rain and it must have held for those years till now as it started to leak again after the torential rain storms we a couple of days ago. I would like to thank him and Monarch for employing this individual as he is an expert in this field of roofing. He found the area that was problematic is taking action to repair my roof.

  Austyn Bostwick came out today to check some concerns I had with spotting on an inside room of mine. He was very thorough in his findings and fixed the problem immediately. His respect was above level, he respected my home, and me by communicating and letting me know step-by-step before proceeding, and that is very important to me.   Austyn Bostwick did a great job inspecting our roof. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, and took steps to correct them. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely recommend him to other customers. Zach Messetler and his team did a great job repairing our roof. They worked all day and repaired several areas on the roof and flashing. Very prompt and professional. All repairs were covered by our warranty.
