  Monarch did an amazing job from the estimate through installation. Logan went inside the attic spaces to physically inspect for damages and was very professional and knowledgeable. His recommendations were excellent and helped us to lower the pricing a bit. On installation day, Daniel, project manager, and Pedro, workers lead, went above and beyond. They worked soooo hard, diligently removing old roofing, repairing damages, and installing air vents, and shingles. They even sealed and cleaned our chimney while up there. They were super humble hard working team. They got the job done in 1 day from start to finish. I really appreciate their hard work and felt we paid for a phenomenal service. Thank you.

  Everyone that we worked with was great. The guys that did the roof are excellent. Abby and Johnny were great to work with. The way the project manager sent me pictures of the work kept us informed. Would recommend Monarch! Austyn was our project manager. I forgot to mention him by name. He was great to work with.

  literally told me that they would come and look at my roof and I let her the person know prior to the phone call about how it was a new home and they told me a day before or on the weekend that I no longer can do an appointment and get a quote through Monarch roofing do to it being a new build I would not suggest this place at all because they will waste your time…….

  Monarch's team were on time, professional, and very efficient. Josh and Stephen made sure everything was done correctly. Brooke and Stephanie were very instrumental in getting this job scheduled and finished. The installers work was organized, nonstop, and they cleaned up afterwards. Great teamwork! Highly recommend MONARCH! New black gutters against our home made it POP!

  Austyn Bostwick was my service consultant this morning. He came for a very small repair job! Even though my repair was not large he made the repairs that were needed! I want to thank you for sending someone out to do a repair of this minute size! It shows that your company and your field personnel take care of the little things that could later lead to bigger things! He was very professional and explained to me In Detail as to why I was having this problem! It was refreshing to see a young man with this knowledge and his kindness! Thank you very much for the help you have given me! I will surely recommend to my neighbors should we need roof maintenance or replacement!
