  I have to give one star to post but they deserve none. I was told someone would come between 12 and 6 never got a call or text . So I called right before 6 and was told I would be next that no matter the time they would show . So at 8 still no call or text so I call again my appointment was moved until another day with out informing me . I needed ac today not tomorrow or Monday. So if something happens to your ac I would not call these people.

  Braden was delightful. He was very helpful and polite. He fixed my fan and gave me options for services from MICHAEL and sons.. He even dusted my fan and gave me recommendations for Whatt to see in Colorado!

  I tried this company for a one time tune up and if they did good would be a regular customer so tech came over first thing when he went to my out door unit usually they remove top and vacuum it out he didn't so I adked him why he said they dont do it he said its not necessary well every other company did it his name was Jason so he went up in attic he's up there a while says you need a new pan wel none of the other companies said that its only 4 years old but anyway he did more talking than work so he left two months later I went up there for something and notice my pan had water in it called the company and yiu get a person I asked to speak to the manager and they said they will talk to them well they told me in order for them to come back out I would have to pay 89 dollars for there mistake well after several phone calls they agreeded to send out another tech well this guy was just as bad he said he found the problem caused buy the other tech he said he fixed it and said I didn't need a new pan had 1 inch of water in the pan so he said he fixed it I asked him are you gonna drian the water he said normally he would buy he forgot his machine to do that and left called office was told and promised someone would get back to me its been days so bottom line DONT USE THIS COMPANY

  Jake did an awesome job. He really helped us out by explaining why our sink was leaking sewer water into the dishwasher. They came out and checked this out for free cause we just had a plumber here last week that was checking on a clogged mainline. Which they fixed by the way . The reason my sink was leaking was because of a worn out garbage disposal. So they did this for free thank you Michael and sons. But back to Jake he was very informative pleasant and very quick and he cleaned up our mess. Thanks Jake give him a raise please asap!!!!
