  Nicholas was polite and professional. He did a great job checking out the AC unit and looked at every avenue to see if there was a problem but he didn’t find one. “ So Nicholas didnt need to repair anything on 9/22/26 “. We feel he knew what he was doing. If our AC does any weird things again we will call. Thank you. Andee Cox

  We call to get a repair on a faucet and our hot water heater broke that day before , Jake arrived. He was very helpful, professional, and went above and beyond in customer service. VERY GLAD TO HAVE CALLED!

  Jake, the technician that came to my home, was very thorough and kind. He explained everything going on and gave me a good price. I feel he was completely honest and is a caring person. I highly recommend anyone needing a hand w house upkeep and repairs to give Michael and Son a call. Ask them to send Jake!

  Asked for a quote(which was offered on website), was told they don’t give quotes over the phone. Said it would be $69 just to come to me, and the man who answered my call was short and rude with me! I’m a NATIVE and believe in supporting small businesses/family owned(especially)! Will not be using in the future!
