  First time using this company as they had installed the system for my builder in my new home. Very pleased with all aspects from scheduling appointment to having technician complete routine maintenance. Highly recommend Fogel Services

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. My home is only three years old, and one room has remained significantly warmer than the rest of the house since I moved in. Despite multiple service visits, the only solution I’ve been given is to “rebalance” the airflow, which simply shifts the problem to another room rather than fixing it. During the most recent visit, the room I specifically asked them to address was still not corrected. I understand that rooms can vary slightly in temperature, especially during the hottest part of the day, but this difference is excessive and has been ongoing for years. I was hoping for a thorough diagnosis and a permanent solution, not repeated temporary adjustments. I wish I had a better experience, but after several visits, the original problem still has not been resolved. I also would think since it’s the same issue that’s going on and on again I understand a service fee maintenance fee 85 bucks really is it a lot kind of is but what am I gonna do? Pay $85 every time they come out to the house for them to balance it and it’s not balance correctly like I said this has been going on since the house was built. Thank you Ruby Swanton
