  The gentleman that came out to maintenance the units was friendly, took shoes off before entering my home. He did his job and gave me a positive review of my units. (He was careful with the ladder.). He did not hit walls. Overall he was a 10.

  Let me start by saying We have a baby in the house with 2 big dogs ane we havent had AC in 3 days. They came out for a warranty call and the first guy RANDY came out didn't even know how to diagnose or the proper psi. Asked him to add more to get us through until the parts came in that "he said it needed" he said he had another call to go to and he couldn't, then after a heated argument he said he didn't have anymore!! And then he said okay fine I will go down to the shop and grab some more which is only 2 miles away, and he would have the other tech wait at my house with me. They both peeled tires off and left. I then had to call and speak with a "manager" her name was Nicole and she said she would have to agree with her tech. I dont run my company this way and would never treat my homeowners in such disrespect. They then sent another tech Monrad, he was awesome did a full diagnostic on the system and found a leak upstairs. Added freon to the correct psi levels for that unit and boom all good and it will get us by until the parts came in. Which is all we can ask for. I forgot to meant RANDY had a helper with him to and I told him I dont think our dampers in the upstairs master bedroom are fully open and he said ohh I cant even fit up there. How are you going to be a "HVAC Tech" and dont know the correct psi levels, run out of freon, tell the homeowner you have another call, cant fit in the attic!!!!!! STAY AWAY......If i dont get a call from the owner about this situation, will be contacting the BBB. Totally unacceptable to treat a family with young children in the house in such a disgusting manner, all we asked was to properly check the system and fill it to the correct levels to get us by. Also Monrad was so helpful he even offered to come back by between now and the time the part comes in to re fill it.
