  Have worked with various techs at First Choice over the past 2 hrs and have always been pleased with the level of service received. I recently purchased a new AC system and I will say I received exemplary service from management to sales personnel to technicians as well as customer service representatives. All were professional, courteous, thorough, and engaged during the entire process. It is so refreshing to find this level of service in the service industry today and I would definitely recommend and will use myself in the future. Shout out to John, Kevin, Trevor, Christian and the rest of the installation techs.

  We had David come out to take a look at our air conditioning unit. He was really great! He was very honest with us and I actually think he felt worse than we did when he told us we needed a new unit. We are ocean front and our unit is in terrible shape due to age and the elements. David told us he couldn’t, in good conscience, merely replace our motor. We weren’t surprised, but it was refreshing that he wasn’t willing to put a bandaid on an arterial bleed. Trevor returned, the same day, to give us a quote on a new unit. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area and the products his company sells. He answered all of our questions honestly, and his quick response was very much appreciated now that the beach season is officially underway! I would definitely recommend First Choice Heating & Air.
