This was a God thing, I had. The best service man you could ask for. It was Sunday afternoon and in 30 min he arrived and knew what the problem was it took him a bit of work and he explained everything he was doing and made pictures to show me. I was really fart to call as I just thought it would be more than I can handle. I called a friend and he prayed for a good outcome. Yes I was blessed . Thanks for your services.

First Choice is by far the best AC company I’ve ever dealt with. Their personalized customer service is the envy of other companies. They respond quickly, return calls promptly, are sympathetic to your issue, and always dispatch a highly Knowledgeable service technician. They always explain in detail what they found, the options you have, and guide you through making the correct decision for you. I highly recommend First Choice. They installed my system, and later upgraded it at no charge when they found something that would help air flow and improve Cooling. They really are amazing and that is not something I’ve ever said about any service company. I’ve used them for over five years and their service and customer service has only Gotten better. Highly recommend First Choice

Zach was amazing! He was polite and kept his work areas clean. He was very knowledgeable about not only what he was doing, but the fact that he remembered everything about my system and where everything was. I don’t know if he’s been doing this very long, but he acts like a 20 year professional. Almost everybody that I have dealt with in the company has met or exceeded my expectations. I would not consider doing business with any other company.

Zach was very knowledgeable and got our system running again. His explanation of the problem was easy to understand, especially since I know very little about HVAC. Also, he showed up when he said he would be here.
