- NMNancy MSep 18, 20265.0I just left the 501 Direct Tool in the Tanger Outlet. The Manager and Asst Manager were extremely helpful and it is a pleasure to go in there. Definitely a place to shop
- FTFord TruckerAug 6, 20265.0Great deals
- RArandy abenshonAug 3, 20261.0Terrible, item priced wrong on the shelf tab, charged double the posted price. Assoc, Colby did not honor the price. Was rude and inconsiderate when I pointed out YOUR error. Never shop here again. You should teach your associates how to deal with uncomfortable situations.
- RRRodney RoehrleJun 24, 20265.025% off entire store today. Helpful sales staff.
- TTTJ TrentiniJun 12, 20265.0This is our favorite Direct Tools and we do not live local. The team at this Direct Tools is the best! Zack, Jessie and Thomas provide THE BEST customer service and will go out of their way to help you and make sure they find exactly what you need! They are our first stop when we arrive into town and we always look forward to seeing a familiar face who does not forget a customer!
