We had a drain clog with our garbage disposal. We called Coastal and they were able to come out the next morning. Herbie arrived on time and was both courteous and professional. He explained what he would be doing and went over the price beforehand. Herbie worked diligently and completed the task at hand competently. Herbie was a pleasure to deal with.

Since Costal Air Plus has the service contract on my home AC and Heating, I had their plumbing department do the maintenance on my tankless water. Herbie Windley was the plumber that did the service. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I am just as happy with their plumbing department as I am with their AC d department. Their price is fair. I will continue to use them Thank you. DP

Communication was very frustrating. We had our best luck communicating with Jay. He went beyond the call of duty to help us. Coastal had too many levels of communications & people not knowing what was going on. We were with out air conditioning for 5 days. There did not seem to be any urgency from management to get the part we needed. We were very grateful for Jay’s help. The Hunters

Great job done by all at Coastal Air Plus. From the initial meeting with Liam through the finished job performed by Justin and Rocky the process was flawless. Onsite work performed by Justin and Rocky was clean and efficient and done in 1 day. It was obvious that both of these guys were professionals and handled each task with precision and knowledge of what needed to be done. My wife and I are both very happy with the finished project.

Andrew was phenomenal. He called when he was 10 minutes away and fixed my AC issue. I had another company come earlier in the day and they said I had to replace my whole system that’s 8 years old… Andrew came, figured out the issue, fixed it, and saved me thousands of dollars. He also told me about their maintenance plan which I signed up for. I now trust this company’s opinion and appreciate them finding the issue instead of telling me to replace the whole unit. Andrew was kind, professional and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10!
