  Karl was great! He called me first thing to let me know he would be there at the very beginning of the appointment window. I mentioned needing to run an errand he said no problem, he would wait outside for my return. Thankfully, the solution was an easy task and described it to me with enough detail.

  I had them to come out and look at giving me a quote on installing the HVAC system in my house and Chase was the estimator that came out and I thought he was very professional and answered all the questions that I had about the whole process of the job and I really thought he did an excellent job. I'm hoping that I will be able to use this company when I get their quote especially if everyone else is as professional as Chase. At this point I am very pleased with this company and hoping to use them for my HVAC.

  I called Costal Air Plus in Myrtle Beach to come do a inspection on my 3 year old Central AC system. The techs name was Karl. He was right on time. He did a great job. He answered every question that I asked in detail. I enrolled in a service contract. Karl and everyone that I spoke to were very professional . There prices are very reasonable. The owner should be very proud of their employees. I highly recommend Central Air Plus. Thank you very much

  I contracted with Coastal Air Plus to have a mini-split system installed in my sunroom and office. Justin Walker arrived at my home with Rocky at the precise time that Coastal Air Plus said they would be there. I reviewed the whole installation areas with them and answered any questions that they had. Justin took the lead and did an outstanding job scoping out and planning the locations of the two wall-mounted units, the routing of the line sets, communication cables, electric and location of the condenser unit. He kept me in the loop throughout the 2-day installation. At the end of the second day, Justin walked me through the operation of the units, the use of the remote controls and how to go about cleaning the filters. All went extremely smooth. Justin performed an outstanding job. He was very professional and knowledgable regarding the equipment. I would highly recommend Coastal Air Plus for your HVAC needs. A follow-up visit to my home was made the day after installation by Chase Shumate. I showed him the entire installation. Chase brought the Limited Product Warranty Certificate and explained the warranty and that Coastal Air Plus registered my system components with Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US. Prior to leaving I settled up the balance owed for the system and installation. Chase Shumate was very professional and knowledgable explaining the warranty.

  We used Coastal Air Plus today for a annual cleaning and check up. Our service technician Darren Goida, on time and very nice. He made quick work of cleaning the Air handle and outside unit. He also, cleaned out the drain from the inside Air handler. Coastal Air Plus was running a special and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend their service. Darren did not try to upsale me, but he did recommend a future service and provided a detailed price for it. No high sales pressure. Thank you for your service!
