  I requested an estimate for a new water heater from Coastal Air Plus. First, great response time and communication with the office personnel- prompt same day response The Plumber they sent; Jesse Martens was polite and professional. He provided a thorough understanding of what the replacement of the water heater would entail. Jesse answered all my questions, although it was scalding hot in my garage he didn’t rush through his assessment. I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Thank You

  When my AC stopped working last Thursday I was so grateful when I called after hours and was able to speak to a live person (forgot to ask her name). She was able to schedule a time for a technician to come out the following day. When Matt came out at 7 Friday evening he quickly diagnosed the problem as a coolant leak. He added more coolant and said the part would be ordered on Monday. Unfortunately the house started heating up again on Sunday. I called again; Amanda answered this time and arranged for Freddie to take a look at it that day. He tried adding more coolant but the leak was too far gone. We’re still waiting for the part to come in but I want to thank Matt, Amanda and Freddie for responding so quickly to my dilemma over the weekend and very much look forward to having the AC in working order again. Thank you all so much!

  I had the opportunity to meet with Chase Shoemate from coastal air this afternoon to discuss replacing my HVAC unit. Chase’s knowledge and willingness to explain the possible needs for my new system were extensive and impressive. I appreciated the time Chase took to answer my questions and he made sure I understood all the options I had available. His demeanor and personality really made me feel it ease with our meeting. I enjoyed our visit today and think it will inevitably help me make my decision to go with coastal air and having my HVAC replaced. If you are looking to do the same, I suggest you call them and schedule an appointment with Chase. He is the man.

  Coastal Air Plus is number one in my book for HVAC support. My “small” leak problem was something much bigger than I had expected. Nick S. of Coastal Air Plus is one of the most knowledgeable HVAC techs. He photographed, gauged, computed and even called my old HVAC manufacturer for appropriate information. My problem was explained to me with 3 different solutions. I chose to go with Coastal Air Plus as the best solution. A special thanks to Liam for putting it all together in a contract. Installation was also provided by Coastal Air Plus installers Justin and Rocky. They were skilled and thorough taking less than a day to complete my HVAC installation.

  Jesse came yesterday 8/8/26 and diagnosed the need for a new hot water heater, thoroughly explained the problems and offered multiple options with a wide range of price points. He removed the old heater in prep for installation of new one tomorrow by another tech. Jesse was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He even noticed an over-full air filter in my HVAC unit that desperately needed changing and gave me maintenance education about that even though he wasn’t even here for that!! Herbie came today, 8/8/26, to do the installation. He was quick, friendly and organized.
