  My air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer, and honestly, it was a very stressful situation. Living in South Carolina, you know how important it is to have your AC working, especially during the hot summer months. I was worried and frustrated, but from the very beginning, this company made me feel like I was in good hands. What really stood out to me was how kind and caring everyone was. They didn’t make me feel like just another customer. They listened to me, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. When the technicians came to finish the job, they were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, hardworking, and very professional. You can tell when someone is just doing their job and when someone actually cares about the people they are helping — these guys truly cared. I’m so thankful for the way I was treated and for the people who went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easier for me. It’s not every day you come across a company with such good people working for them. Thank you so much for taking care of me! ❤️ I truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC service.

  The team of Alan, James, and Jordan did a great job installing a new HVAC system at my home. Work was done in a very professional manner and they were very respectful in my home. They also took time to show me how to operate the smart thermostats. I’d highly recommend this team!

  We recently had Air Mechanical replace our HVAC system, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Bruce, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer every question we had without any pressure. He explained all of our options clearly and helped us make the right decision for our home. Billy and Jordan handled the installation, and they did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous, hardworking, and very professional throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and quality of work were top-notch, and they made sure everything was done right. They also took the time to answer our questions and explain the new system before they left. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service and professionalism.   On what was one of the hottest days of the year, my air conditioning system ceased to function. I immediately called my "go to" heating and cooling company, Air Mechanical, who I have been working with since moving down here eight years ago. My call was returned very shortly by a very professional and courteous young lady, and within two hours I was contacted by Frank, the technician, informing me he was on the way to my house. Immediately upon arriving at the house, Frank meticulously diagnosed the system, climbed the stairs into the oppressive heat of the attic to examine the operation, and within a short period of time diagnosed the problem. Frank replaced the 485 Capacitor on one system, added R-410A refrigerant to another, and the cooling system was running like a well-oiled machine! All my experiences with Air Mechanical over the past eight years have been positive, I highly recommend this business to all. Air Mechanical is fortunate to have such a consummate professional like Frank as part of their team, he represents the business in the finest of fashion as he exudes knowledge, professionalism, and a keen understanding of the operation of the various systems he maintains and repairs.
