  Called this company and explained the floor replacement job I needed repaired. I asked if this was the type of work they could handle. I was told absolutely. I explained we were going to be out of town but they could enter our house and make the repair. We agreed on 10:30 am. Our cameras shows he arrived on time and spent about 20 minutes inside then he left. He was supposed to to call us with an approximate price. I waited over 2 hours he never came back and never called. I finally called their office and was told the repairman was discussing the job with the owner and he would call me back. This never happened also. I waited another hour and a half and called their office again. The lady said I sent him a massage to call you. I said he never called and what about my job. She said we can’t handle the job. I said well your website and you said it should be no problem. The issue I have is why wasn’t I called that morning when the repair man decided he wasn’t capable of doing the work instead of me trying to figure out why my work was not being done and in fact not a call all day. Poor customer service and communication.

  Rhett was wonderful. He was so kind and helpful. He explained everything in detail about the smoke detector. I learned a lot from his expertise.
