We recently had A to Z Glass install a new shower door in our master bathroom. My wife and I are giving them a 5 star review today. There were several issues with the process, but Tina the Office Manager, was always so professional and accommodating. She handle each issue in a timely manner and made sure everything was addressed or repaired properly. The customer service there was incredible. Pedro was the installer and he was very kind and took his time to answer any of our questions. We highly recommend them for their all around customer care and products.

Called and scheduled for them to measure for shower doors for my recent shower reno. Tracey said Fernando would be out next day. Called back next day & she said Fernando was running into problems on a install & would call me 30 minutes out when he was on the way. Never heard from him or her the rest of the day. Tracey called me back next morning to let me know he could be out within an hour, well I have rearranged my day before for him to come & had things to do this morning. We both agreed Fernando could come after 11:00 that day. I still have not gotten a call from Fernando or Tracey. No respect for customers time & very unprofessional!
