  UPDATE — Still Waiting for Leverage Roofing to Address This Leverage installed a new roof on our home in February. Immediately after completion, we pointed out several imperfections. We were told, “Those will likely correct themselves—give it some time.” Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened. Within three months, three roof tiles simply fell onto our driveway—all during clear, calm weather. Now, in August, the original imperfections appear even more pronounced. Leverage has since viewed the roof, took photos, and acknowledged the issues, but told us they needed to “confer with Owens Corning” and that perhaps someone would eventually be out the following week. Didn't happen. We were then told that a Leverage Roofing Rep. would come Monday to begin “the process" (not the repair). We took Monday off and waited. No one came. Not even a phone call. At this point, we’re simply looking for a company that stands behind the work it performed and communicates with its customer. Leverage Roofing: Can you please explain what is being done to address these issues, and when someone will actually be coming to our home? We’ll update this review when we finally receive an answer—and, hopefully, a resolution. Stay tuned.

  We had a roof replaced. A little rocky start but we are happy with the roof. Stephen Johnston went the extra mile for us. Thanks to him things got back on track.

  Great company. From quote to completion the entire process was simple, fast and efficient. Anthony Wallace is amazing, he walked us through each step of this project. The day of install went exactly as planned. The entire crew worked together seamlessly and our new roof was in place and property spotless by 5 pm!

  Although there was some confusion at the start of the work day among the schedulers, the team did a great job. The guys worked hard and they knew what they were doing. Very professional.
