  I ordered my luxury vinyl flooring from Flooring Plus. Experience has been smooth so far. I'll update if there are any problems with the order. I dealt with Matt Kulp. He was personable and professional. Very nice store full of great products.

  Jeremy, arrived in a timely manner, carpet in both rooms was removed, floor was cleaned, vapor barrier placed, and each person worked to finish the new flooring. Work was done professionally, both people were polite, cleaned everything upon finishing. I would have Jeremy back anytime to install flooring. Thanks, Stanley

  On the advice of our contractor, Randy Czapp, we went to Flooring Plus two years ago to try and match our original 30+ year old original floors for two bedrooms. We met Ted Garris and he showed us some samples to see if they matched our sample. He came to the house to measure for the floors and bought other samples with him. We found an almost perfect match, same look, and color. Slightly different width, not too noticeable. Once the floors were completed, they looked just like the originals in the hallway of the house. Two years later we are doing a reno on the 2nd floor and decided to rip up the carpet and do a hardwood floor. We called Ted again, he came out to measure the area, we asked for the same flooring. When he got back to the office he called and told us the flooring was in stock and he ordered it. A week later I received a call from Ted asking if he could deliver the flooring. Three hours later he rings the doorbell and proceeds to being in the boxes of flooring himself. I call that exceptional service. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Flooring Plus or Ted should the need be there in the future. I tell everyone who sees the floors in the house to call Flooring Plus. You have to look really hard to see the difference between the original floors and the new flooring. Thank you Flooring Plus.
