  From the time we called for service it was the fastest response we have ever had from any company. Kelly was the plumber and he was anazing. We had a new dishwasher that needed to be installed. Our home is 23 years old and the setup for the installation was different from the original dishwasher. Kelly worked dillegently to properly install the new unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He handled a difficult job with his great experience and dedication to his career. We were more than happy to have had Kelly here to perfectly install the new dishwasher plus he was so very nice and helpful with my questions. Thank you Kelly!

  I needed a toilet installed and thought that my flange was in need of replacement. Dave said the flange was fine (didn't take advantage of an opportunity to upcharge for something I didn't need after all), and set the toilet with no issues. Everything was very clean when he was done, and he was very quick, polite and professional, even though I was under the weather and not my best self. The price seemed a little expensive, but I'd charge a premium if I had to fix a stranger's poop disposal, too.

  Eric came to my mother's rescue, diagnosing the problem and replacing the guest bath toilet before company arrived. He explained what was needed and why, and didn't leave until he was certain all was well. Many thanks!!

  Eric and Joel were so friendly and hardworking! They didn’t rest until everything was done perfectly. They explained everything we’d need to know about our new water heater and showed us what all they had done. I recommend them and At Your Service highly for any plumbing job you need done!
