These guys are awesome & so professional. I’m not even in SC right now & I trust Joel the HVAC Tech on my property. I have had to use them before on my unit for a different problem than their recent visit & Joel explains everything before the work is done & provides a quote right on the spot. Highly recommend this company !!
Joel came out for an AC tune up and also cleaned a blocked hvac drain line so that my AC is good to go for the summer. He answered all my questions and did a great job. Also, Tricia working up front is very nice and their prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend At Your Service and will be using them again in the future!

I’ve had 3 service calls from this company and was very impressed with each technician who came - Miguel (plumbing), Joel (HVAC), Eric (plumbing) and Rae (scheduling & SmartAC install). They were professional, knew their trade well, communicated very well, and respectful. Given the results that I experienced, I signed up for maintenance program (SmartAC)!

I called At Your Service Plumbing just before 6 PM after a guest at my rental reported a leaking tub. I was told someone would arrive within the hour. Two hours later, at 8 PM, I finally received notice the plumber was on his way. I had to call the office multiple times during that window to get updates. Each time I was told someone was “leaving soon.” Meanwhile, I had to keep explaining the delays to my guest, which reflects poorly on me as the property owner.
When the plumber arrived, he didn’t have the part and had to schedule a return visit. He also quoted me $591 on the phone. The invoice came to $609, with a processing fee added that was never disclosed upfront.
I understand delays happen. What’s not acceptable is consistently telling a customer someone is “leaving soon” for two hours, and quoting a price you don’t honor. If you can’t make it within the hour, say so. If there are fees, disclose them.
Ultimately I did get the processing fee waived and the repair fixed our issue.
