They said it wasn’t an emergency, but wanted to let us know to schedule a future visit. I called and left a msg and within MINUTES received a call saying we were the 3rd stop. I let our guests know and they said to let them know that the next day service would be fine .. Again, I left another msg at Air Doc and again, I received a prompt call back saying they were already on their way. Andrew Rayburn, the technician, quickly found the issue ( system was displaying a lockout code) , reset, and the AC started right up! He explained to our guests the possibilities of why that could have happened, and then called me to explain. He also checked the system over to make sure iit was in top running order for the upcoming season. Our AirDoc contract is worth every penny and AirDoc is very fortunate to have such a conscientious, polite, knowledgeable employee in Andrew Rayburn.
