We had an excellent experience with Flooring Factory! After a flood damaged our hardwood floors, they came in and matched the new flooring perfectly to the rest of our home. You would never know there had been any damage! Their workmanship was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

As first-time homebuyers new to the area and currently living out of state while we renovate our 1960s home, we could not have asked for a better experience than working with Flooring Factory. They were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process easy, even though much of our communication had to happen remotely or through a family member. It was never a problem for them, and they made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. From the initial consultation to handling change orders, everything was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. We hired them to refinish and install our original hardwood floors, and the results are absolutely stunning. The quality and attention to detail make it worth every penny. Bryan was knowledgeable and patient during the consultation, helping us understand our options and feel at ease. Monica was fantastic at coordinating everything, handling the schedule, answering our questions, and making sure we were kept in the loop. Vandar was wonderful, making sure the installation was flawless and that we were happy with every detail. The photos attached show the floors before the quarter-round and trim were installed by their team. We’re so grateful to have found such a trustworthy, hardworking company. If you are looking for a team that delivers beautiful craftsmanship and outstanding customer service, Flooring Factory is the one to call. We’ll absolutely use them again for future projects. A true 10 out of 10 experience!

Flooring Factory recently replaced my master bedroom carpeting with engineered hardwood. They were a joy to work with. Melina, Emily, Anna and Bryan were all amazing. They are professional and knowledgeable about their products. They were responsive and punctual. They were able to match my existing wood floors perfectly. I am so pleased with my new bedroom floor. We are so happy with this group that we are already planning our next project with them.
