  Our air conditioner broke about 3 weeks ago. We were to busy to get it fixed right away. We put a shout out on Angie's list and they were the first ones that called. Everyone from the initial evaluation, project manager, and installers were so nice and pleasant. Will definitely be using them for other needs as they arise.

  The whole experience with Preferred was fantastic. We received a no cost estimate which was exactly the final cost. Our technician Patrick was considerate and friendly. He made sure I was happy with his work each step of the way and left zero mess for us to clean up. I would highly recommend Preferred!

  I had an awesome technician today, Jay Sefer who was kind, detailed and professional every second of his services here. Not only did he discover the cause of my unit not cooling, he advised me as to which would be the best resolution. I really respect his input! I enjoy this company every time I connect with them. I've never been disappointed with any of the Technicians or Dispatchers/Receptionist. Preferred Home Services is the BEST I know!!!

  I was with another company for several years but was not happy with their winter AC job (forgetting to put parts back) and their Thanksgiving 2025 inside/outside plumbing redo & repair and decided since my parents loved Preferred Home Services, I would give them a call. They were able to schedule my diagnostic for the same day which was extremely helpful. Will did an awesome job, probably the best communications I have had with any company that I have worked with over the past two and a half decades. I highly recommend calling and using Preferred Home Services for your AC needs and I am betting they are exceptional with plumbing, electrical and drain services too.

  Well my husband was very mad when he came home and the service guy left the filter open told us he had no filters to put in there so I had to order them . He took a lo n g ti m e when I called and text and told yall I needed to leave to be at my appointment at 11 he said he had a doctor degree about hvc when you get certification he was kind of pushy and took our 89.50 when he did nothing but look at the system free on he said w a s 21 years old but he said by the duck work and system would be around 35 to 40 thousand dollors my husband said this guy was out to make the big bucks off of us he said if he came back to go over paper work he charge another 89.50 .we feel like this was hige mistake on even calling yall . And will look for someone not pushy and not so expensive he said we can get someone cheaper but what he dose not understand not all people have 35 to 40 thousand to do duck work and system .
