  Lanisha was absolutely incredible throughout our home-buying journey. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home and did everything she could to help us get into it smoothly. What really stood out was how attentive she was! She truly listened to our needs, preferences, and concerns, and made us feel heard every step of the way. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. We’re so grateful to have had her by our side and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their new home! I can’t forget to mention how beautiful the neighborhood is as well. So happy to call this place home 🏡❤️

  I have owed 4 properties in the last 30 years all prebuilt in the Bay Area in CA. I never considered a new build until I started exploring areas in the Upstate. I looked at Ryan Homes, Meritage and DR Horton home builders. They seemed so cookie cutter and all painted in boring beige or off white. Definitely not my style having lived in San Francisco for 20 years with all the colorful houses. Then I discovered DRB builders! Wow this was definitely different; houses had their own unique vibe, their own identity. The style is craftsman with several unique designs in and out. Some exteriors of dark olive green with yellow front doors, some navy blue with white trim and red doors and yes white but a stately white with a lacquer finished black front door. The pool area looks like your at a spa at a nice resort. Almost five months later our new build at Iris Meadows is almost complete. It has been a seamless experience and a fun one at that. Lanisha my sales rep was and still is wonderful and she has become a friend. Sam who is in charge of building your dream home apparently runs a tight ship because the craftsmanship is impeccable! We are so happy that we are about to move into a house that we can be proud of and enjoy our retirement in. Iris Meadows and the DRB company are top notch; this coming from someone who has had plenty of experience with home ownership. Sincerely Ron Siragusa

  From sales, to builder, to customer service we have had nothing but a great experience! Keri was our sales person and she was great! Made us feel completely comfortable and helped us every step of the way! We had Andy to start with as our builder manager and he was great! We then had Sam who made sure our house was finished perfectly! The whole process was smooth from start to finish! We have only had a few small blemishes in our home (which lets be honest even with a million dollar home you would have some things). I have nothing but good to say and love the neighborhood! Everyone is so nice!
