But what has truly blown us away is how Stanley Martin has handled every single one of them. Every time we’ve reached out, someone has contacted us almost immediately. No runaround, no excuses, no hassle. Just genuine people who care about making things right. I especially want to recognize Mark and Duran for the outstanding job they’ve done. Their communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have made all the difference. They are incredibly flexible, quick to address concerns, and always make us feel like our satisfaction truly matters. What stands out to me the most is that Stanley Martin stands behind their word, their homes, and their warranty. And unfortunately, that’s not something you hear about very often in the homebuilding industry. If you’re considering building or purchasing a home with Stanley Martin but are nervous because of the stories you’ve heard about new construction, I hope our experience gives you some peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. We absolutely love our home, we’re so thankful we chose Stanley Martin, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
