  TRUE ELECTRIC is a very professional knowledgeable company that I would recommend to my closest friends. Two associates that stood out are SLAV and JOSH who even reconfigured a kitchen fan, so it would work where I needed it to be installed. Will use again‼️

  I live in Inman and John and his guys did a fantastic job! I’ve had him out on multiple occasions for different jobs for his reputable work and he is very reasonable on his pricing. I recently had him fix our doorbell system that was not working and they had it on in no time whilst explaining everything that was causing the issues! He has been on time and is very communicative on his arrival time, I highly recommend John with True Electric!

  Very pleased with the work True Electric completed in our new construction home! John was extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

  Honestly taken aback that anyone from a reputable company would treat/talk to a client (or female) the way I was spoken to…. This company was sub-contracted by our pool contractor to perform electrical work for our pool build. There apparently had been miscommunication (unbeknownst to my husband and I) that resulted in four separate trips to our home but not being able to perform the work (due to other work not being completed first). Rather than communicate directly with the main contractor, the guy knocked on our door. Not sure who he was , because he did not introduce himself…just immediately began berating me with threats of charging more or making us wait weeks longer to have our job completed. My husband was not home, and I was completely caught off-guard. While I can certainly understand his frustrations, the situation was handled extremely unprofessionally, and he was very rude to me over a situation I had nothing to do with. Will be using a different company to complete our job.

  I am very impressed with True Electric. John did a great job and the inspection passed with flying colors. When I need an electrician again, I know who I will call.
