  I take these reviews seriously, so I waited one year after purchase to write a review. My brother has been a home inspector for 40 years and my father was a builder before he retired. Both inspected my home after purchase. I highly recommend Great Southern Homes! I made a list of issues found. I emailed the warranty department and Cindy Gilkerson, field manager, responded immediately. Every item on my list was taken care of to my 100% satisfaction! I am so pleased with this home and the warranty service. I highly recommend this builder and the neighborhood if you are looking for a new home and great neighbors! Fourth of July was amazing and fun! Children playing together and riding bikes and playing basketball together instead of on cell phones! Love this neighborhood!

  Shiloh Trail is an absolutely incredible neighborhood, I am so glad we found it! Very family friendly with a pool and basketball hoop where the kids gather and play. Sidewalks on one side of all of the streets for easy walking with your stroller, dogs, or little ones. They have food trucks that come twice a month plus events like Easter egg hunts, 4th of July parades, potlucks, etc! Swim lessons are available at the pool by an experienced instructor (yours truly😉) from right here in the neighborhood! If you’re looking for a gem of a community then definitely check out Shiloh Trail and be my neighbor!

  Stay away stay away stay away. This is not where you want to be.Rude people at the model Home to the home issues. Definitely go elsewhere. We can’t wait to get out of this community. The HOA is a ripoff. They charge insane amounts for things. 25000 a year for pool maintenance when the pool is disgusting and made the kids sick. To home warranty issues which everyone in here has. This was a huge mistake moving here. Please do yourself a favor and buy in another area and with a different builder. Don’t sayyou were not advised it’s right here

  DO NOT BUY HERE. Horrible community. Kids always playing in the road. July 4th made a huge mess with their fireworks and never cleaned them up. Pool never got cleaned kid got a skin fungus from it. Group of neighbors that are rude and disrespectful to everyone not in the click attacking other neighbors. Definitely don't care about any animals or veterans in the community. Plenty more to tell but basically I will be moving ASAP!!!!
