  I recently purchased a townhome at Aspen Ridge. The entire process was as easy as one can expect these days. I do want to sing praises for JC Collins. I am 82 years old, about the age where we become invisible. But not to JC. I received help from JC every step of the way and now, nearly a month into living and loving my new home, JC has continued to answer my questions and concerns. He never makes me feel unimportant, he always puts down whatever he is doing to listen to my concerns and to guide me along the way. Frankly I do not know what I would have done without JC. I want to thank DRB Homes for not only providing me an amazing home but thank you for putting JC in the office everyday to offer help to this old woman and all other residents! He is the icing on the cake!

  Extremely satisfied with our new home purchase through DRB Homes in their new community Aspen Ridge. Our sales rep JC was knowledgable, clear with communications, and helped guide our first home buying process to ensure it was seamless. He clearly cares about his clients and does everything possible to do whats best for them. As for our new home, it was move in ready and we had no issues with the builders or getting things found in our 3rd party inspection addressed before closing.

  JC was the DRB agent I worked with at Aspen Ridge. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my “first time ” home buying experience. He answered my questions in a timely manner. JC is a definite asset to DRB !

  Great experience! John Collins, did a great job answering any questions we had and setting up times to look at the home! And making sure everything was taken care of! We love DRB homes:) just moved into our knew place!

  I am a realtor and I helped my client buy in Aspen Ridge. JC was great to work with and he was on top of it when I asked for a last minute showing! He had great communication skills to my client and I throughout the whole process.
