DRB will just ignore you for months and months when 1000 things go wrong with your brand new home because of their poor quality of work. They were quick to complete and cover up our leaks and mold situation due to negligence leading to months of fixes and unusable home space though 😂 go figure. Stop hiding and fix my home.

Moved in roughly 2 months ago and have had nothing but issues, moisture intrusion, mold growth, damaged vapor barrier etc. Oh and a massive carpenter ant infestation! Nothing is being handled accordingly and just bandaid after bandaid, run around after run around. For over a month now in our brand new home, we haven’t had drywall, flooring, toilet, or a washer and dryer etc.. Anyone wanting further proof of these claims I can gladly show you. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. No integrity with this builder and just pure greed! They will stare you in the face and lie straight to you!

Those looking to build or buy here better put a ton of money aside for all of the issues you will have in your first year including leaks, mold, continuous hvac issues including not having ac when it’s 90 degrees, electrical issues, roof issues, concrete cracking and degrading, the craftsmanship of a 3 year old child, drainage issues the list goes on. DRB will not stand behind their shotty work and you will be stuck with the expense. Coming home to this house makes me want to cry every time.
