  From start to finish, this company was a battle. The tile I chose is beautiful. There is a huge communication problem. My advice, put every single detail in writing. I was never made aware that the double sliding shower door I wanted with black top rail meant they were going to trim out ALL of the beige,Grey stone tile in black. I'm glad I was able to stop them from the niche and bench being in black. The niche was supposed to be both the same height. They are not. So I agreed to an additional corner shelf. Note, it's plain to see, used marble. The owner was pleasant, saw him once. Zero communication since. The son John R, just argues about everything!! After I paid in full, I discovered behind the towels I had hanging in my bath, they had left black marks all over my cream colored wall! They left black marker on my ceiling, my tile in my shower still has black marker pen on it. The shower doors is so high up, the water splashes on my floor every time I shower. I shined a flash light on the bottom metal and you can plainly see the light go through! When I complained someone burnt my vinyl floor, I got text message after text with lengthy excuses. Offering to fix it, but so exhausting to read that I finally had to block him. This was text from John R, the owners son. There is redguard water block on a section of my wall, and I was told I had to paint it!! There is white grout substance embedded into my floor, I doubt I can get out. I cannot kneel, so cleaning this myself is out for the question. I had to ask the tile installer to leave my home at 9:30 pm the last night,because I needed to get some sleep for work. He is another story! Seriously slow and plainly needed more training with customer service. Since I asked him to leave, my son and I tried to clean the stickers off if the glass. And, when I could finally clean those, the dirt behind the bar on the glass is still unclean! It should have been cleaned BEFORE INSTALL! These showers are not cheap!! Frankly I would not recommend this company to anyone !! And to think I had picked out the wood floor I wanted to but from them in the future. I am so upset with this company!! They are horrible!

  Would give zero stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. During our renovation, Floortech was the worst company we worked with. They delayed our project for months with endless excuses and ran out of tile three separate times which compounded the delays. We spent hours on the phone and in the store to try to get the job done, with multiple emails documenting our issues. And they threatened to put a lien on our property with the project unfinished. Go anywhere else.

  Our bathroom renovation took nine months from beginning to end . Don’t get me wrong, I love the title we selected. However, the contractors they hired, for the various work that was done took much longer than they anticipated. We started in January of 25. We selected our tile, and had our plans made, and we handed over the 50% down payment. They told us 2-3 weeks for delivery of the tile. And another 3 to 4 weeks to complete the job. We gave them a check on January 7. At the end of February, we were still waiting for the tile to be received. we reminded them that we were snowbirds and would be leaving the area from May until September, they assured us everything would be done before then. The job started on March 20. I can’t say it was worth the wait, however our bathroom is beautiful and we’re happy with the outcome. In their favor, they were accommodating and worked with us to get the job done. My suggestion would be to hire your own contractors, or at least ask for some references or photos of work they have done. Some of the ones they appointed were not that capable and some of the work had to be redone.

  Great company with excellent customer service Eligha was very helpful in helping me decide what flooring I wanted without trying to upcharge me. He really understood what I wanted and got me the lowest price he could for the quality of flooring
