  There is a reason there are so many 5 star reviews for this company. A very sudden late night issue prevented our garage door from closing. We got it force closed and contacted the Precision who wanted $3000 to repair Something installed only three years ago. A quick Google search found this company who picked right up first thing in the morning and schedule me a same-day appointment??? Tom came out, got immediately to surveying where he found the issue right away, quoted me right away, and had the work done in under an hour and a half. That’s just unbelievable. It amazes me companies like this can offer that level of service yet large billion dollar companies take weeks to get out, and charge three times as much. I thought the work that Tom had to do was fair for the price and really look forward to referring this company to my neighborhood for garage door needs. Seriously, a super ending to a bad start to a week.

  Eric has serviced our door a couple of times replacing springs etc. over the past 7-8 years. Always goes over and beyond. We decided it was time to replace the door and he gave us a competitive estimate the next day & said they could install in about a week or so. Tom came today and on his own removed & replaced the old door, the opener, the trim , remote, & keyless entry in just four hours. Everything operates so quietly now! The opener has an LED light & camera. Tom is an "over & beyond guy" as well. He cleaned everything up - even fingerprints off the door. He patiently stayed and helped us install an app on our phones that allows us to open/close the door here or from remote locations! If you leave home and wonder did I close the door you can check with the camera & address it. We would highly recommend this company! Barb & Skip, Little River, SC.

  Our tech arrived right on time as scheduled and was super nice and efficient. Although I only called about one of our two garage doors, he took care of them both to ensure both were in good working order. We were only charged exactly what was quoted on the phone to us and everything was a smooth, easy transaction. Highly recommend this company!

  Eric arrived on time, got work immediately and efficiently. Couldn’t repair the old opener so he replaced it. No issues. Great work.

  I don’t normally write a review of service that should be expected to be good, but in this case I thought it was warranted. I called this morning to inquire about getting repairs done to my garage door. I figured it would be several days to a week before I would see a service tech. To my surprise a service tech would be at my home this afternoon. He was on time and called to let me know he was on the way. The technician was Eric and he promptly diagnosed the problem and we decided it was best to replace the entire opener. Eric was very professional and he explained the entire set up procedure. 5 stars for sure. Thanks Eric and Carolina Garage Door Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
