- SDSteve DentonMay 7, 20262.0New housing developments are crap. Everyone packed together like sardines. One or two ways in and out of neighborhood packed with hundreds of homes. Might as well live in an apartment complex. Everyone parked on the street because no room in driveway and barely any yards. Can't believe people actually pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to live like caged animals. Find an older home with good bones and a decent size yard.
