  MANY THANKS TO MEETZE PLUMBING FOR COMING OUT ON A SUNDAY TO HELP WITH WATER LEAK IN FRONT YARD. FRED MORGAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HAVING TO DIG THROUGH HUGE TREE ROOTS TO GET TO THE BROKEN PIPES UNDER THEM AND FIX THEM. WE APPRECIATE THE VERY QUICK SERVICE ON 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

  Dylan was very pleasant and informative processional. He responded quickly to leaking pipe under house. Did immediate repair and gave suggestions regarding water pressure coming into house. Would definitely recommend.

  We didn’t call a plumber to solve a mystery—we already knew exactly what needed to be done: lift the toilet and snake the line. We were simply trying to save ourselves the time and hassle of doing it ourselves. To be fair, the technician was friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with. He was at our house for about 10 minutes, agreed that lifting the toilet and snaking the line was the correct solution, and then presented an estimate with a starting price of $1,000. Not a fixed price—a starting price, meaning it could have been even more. Since the company charges $49 just to come out, the entire visit felt like a quick money grab. No diagnostics, no troubleshooting, no investigation—just confirmation of what we had already told them. Apparently, the real clog was between common sense and the estimate. Complete waste of time and $49.

  Fred was amazing. He explained everything to me, my mother, and grandmother who have been in the house for under a year. He did not try to upcharge us on any service and this tell he was genuine and honest. He got the work done quickly and with a great attitude. They are lucky to have him. Also, they are out to help so fast even though it was a Sunday. To add to it there was no extra charge because it was a weekend call.
