  So far we've received excellent customer service from everyone at Stanley Martin. From sales to management, everyone has been exceptional and professional. We haven't moved in yet, but I was so pleased with their level of service and willingness to give us the best customer service, I just had to leave a review. We're extremely excited to move in to our new home!

  We closed in May 2021 and have had major problems. Such as cracks in the concrete. We were told it's got be 1/4 inch in size(wide). It would be ok but it's more then one or even three and they are better then a foot long. The foundation is crumbling and it's been nothing but lame excuse after another. We not happy at all with the workmanship. We're thinking of going to the state. Still waiting on the yard who I has been washed out 3 times. After we warned them this would happen. Just not happy

  Buyers beware. We just closed on our home at Bart Lake 4/29 and we have issues with our home already. We have paint allover our floors, cabinets, wimdows, cracked tile in tbe master shower, unsealed windows on the outside, chucks of paint on walls, bad drainage and poor landscaping with holes and full of rocks. Wayer stanfs for days. Sales ladies said we would have a quality home built, neighborhood manager said we would have a quality home built, the region manager said we would have a quality home built. We have major issues going on in this house. They said they would wait until the end to do a "punch out list" but that didn't happen. They said we were being to picky. They refused to fix up the home. We were told take it as is or lose the $6800 deposit. We took it but now we have a fixer up home and not a new home. A new home that's a really a new/used home that needs repairs. We've only been in the home 4 days and that's how they treat us as there customers. I recommend you go else where or suffer the same situation that we are experiencing right now. I wouldn't recommend them even if my life depended on it. I'm a disabled veteran and this is the thank I and other veterans get. What a sham. In my opinion this company doesn't serve up quality but deceived people to make a quick buck. No one should betrayed like this. I'm sure even the builder themselves wouldn't have like this treatment. I give this company a 1 because that as low as I can get it. If I could i would give it a - 10!
