- TFTiffany FrederickOct 7, 20265.0I would recommend Graniteman to anyone! This company was great to work with from start to finish. I reached out initially via email. Austin and I communicated via email to identify the type of product that I wanted, timelines, and expectations. The selection process was fun. Austin walked me through every option available on site. He answered all of my questions and helped me make the best choice for my kitchen. The installers were timely, pleasant, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They spent a few minutes at the end of the installation sharing helpful hints for caring for the Quartz. We had a few issues because we have an old kitchen. Austin and Lee worked diligently to correct them. I have nothing but high regards for this company and would use them again.

The sales staff and installers were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The selection of materials are outstanding. The prices resonable. It was nice doing business with a company that really cares about theur customers. Highly recommend.

They have full slabs on site so you can really understand what your space will look like. They came when they said they would, the turnaround time from start to finish was great, and I love my countertops.
- DRDerlyn RodriguezAug 9, 20221.0Worst experience ever as a customer š” Waited for over 6 weeks for my new counters to be installed,when we noticed they did the wrong cut we expected from the company to correct the problem but , instead of fixing the issue the owner told his employees to take back every counter top peace after everything was already installed. Now I don't have kitchen's counters or sinks, not knowing when we will find another company to do the job . I gave one star to the employees because they were patient and professional, just feel sorry for them, the (owner) boss is a horrible person with no ethics at all. This situation has been traumatic and frustrating , I don't wish anyone to go through what I have been through with this company. Will definitely talk to my lawyers about suing š¤¦āāļø The owner/ boss talked to my husband and asked him to go to the office, and when he got there, he was told to leave the property or he was going to call the police. It was horrible, embarrassing and sad ! We feel emotionally abused.

Do you reconnect the plumbing?
Our services do not include plumbing reconnection. We recommend keeping plumbing disconnected for 24 hours to ensure proper drying of the silicone around the sink area.
How long does the sealer last?
The sealer typically remains effective for approximately one year, depending on countertop usage and cleaning products employed. Graniteman offers resealing services or can provide guidance on self-application products and optimal cleaning methods.
How long should you wait to use counters after sealing them?
After installation and sealing of natural stone surfaces, it is advisable to allow a 24-hour period before using the countertops.
What is the process from start to finish?
Our typical purchasing process includes: 1. Stone or quartz selection 2. Field measure appointment scheduling 3. Estimate provision (usually within 24 hours post-measure) 4. Paperwork signing and 50% deposit payment 5. Optional layout session at our facility 6. Installation date assignment 7. Fabrication and installation of countertops 8. Final 50% payment completion
