  We were welcomed upon entering the store and the associate was pleasant and helpful. Installation duo arrived on time, completed the project and cleaned up. We are very pleased with our experience with Floor Boys!

  5 stars to Floor Boys for their customer service during our master bath renovation! When the shower floor tile was hung up in Myrtle Beach, they sent one of their folks to pick it up so our job could start on time. When our installer realized he was going to need another piece of trim, they brought it to our house. They didn't have to, but they went out of their way to help. Their installer, Jose, was the best. He not only showed up on time, he was early, and sat in our driveway until 8 o'clock so he wouldn't disturb us. He was meticulous in every part of the install. He and his helper cleaned up to the point that you did not know they had been here. They protected our floors every step from the door to the bathroom. Our next job goes to Floor Boys. Well done!
