  We've had Dr. Rooter out to our home several times, and each time, the technician known as "The Cowboy" has handled the job. He's knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain what's going on every step of the way. There's something about his calm, steady manner that puts you at ease — you just know you're in good hands. We really appreciate the consistently great service he provides and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

  They were so helpful in solving our leak issue. Dan was able to arrive quickly and assess the issue. He was able to give me 2 scenarios as to how he could solve the problem and gave us a new way to use our cutoff valve. We were so grateful for the speedy response.

  I had an excellent experience with Dr Rooter. Jacob was responsive, knowledgeable, and took real pride in his work. What impressed me most was his integrity; when an honest issue came up, he owned it completely and went above and beyond to make things right. That meant a great deal to me. I will gladly recommend him and use him for all my future plumbing needs.

  I don't leave many reviews, but I had to in this case. The best service I've ever encountered with a plumbing company, can't say enough positive things about Dr Rooter! I had a sink clog that I could not get out and I tried and tried and tried before calling. I honestly was dreading having to call and was expecting something completely different than what I received. Jeremy came out within a few hours, quickly assessed the situation, and came up with a plan. Because of the plumbing layout, he wasn't sure if he could get a snake in the drain without using a camera, but he didn't have a camera with him in his truck. Rather than possibly charging me twice by trying the snake and then having to return at a different time with a camera, we decided to do it all the next day. Here's where the service went WAY above and beyond anything I've experienced before... Jeremy didn't just schedule to come the next day and wave bye. He actually gave us ideas we could try in the meantime to attempt to help. The clog was keeping us from being able to use the sink in either of our bathrooms so we were pretty desperate. One of his ideas actually worked and the clog cleared. I will not get to thank Jeremy for his help this time since he won't have to come to the house again, but I 100% know who I will call the next time we have a plumbing issue. You just don't hear about things like this today, and I think that says a lot about not only Jeremy, but also Dr Rooter. Thank you!
