  They are a great company, came out quickly, Josh,knew what he was doing, friendly, polite, professional. Explained everything & cost before he started. Fixed our leaks & toilet. And at a lower price than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done at a good price!

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rooter Plumbing. My technician, Macon, was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and clear in every explanation. As a retired Air Force combat Veteran, I value precision and communication, and Macon delivered both at a high level. He walked me through the issue step‑by‑step and made sure I understood everything. Five stars well earned.

  I had a tenant whose place was flooded so I managed to get Dr Rooters & they responded in such a timely manner. I worked with Daniel and he is just awesome! He truly knows his work, is very experienced and very knowledgable. As soon as he stepped foot on the property he warmly greeted me & the tenant. When he accessed the issue, he found the problem almost immediately! Daniel is also a great communicator and made sure I understood everything. As a first-time customer with Dr Rooters, my overall experience was super comforting and smooth from the time I called to the very end of the visit with Daniel, so much so that it didn’t even seem like a plumbing emergency anymore. Thanks so much again Daniel & the Dr Rooter team! I definitely will be using them for future plumbing issues for sure!

  I had some issues with my bathroom toilet. I then, contacted Dr Rooter, and made an appointment with them. On Monday, they dispatched Jeremy O. to my home. He conducted an inspection on the problem with our toilet and gave us some options to resolve it. The following day, I bought a new toilet and had the technician Jeremy install it and had him do a check on the sewer line to make sure there was no obstructions in the pipes. He found no obstructions in the pipeline and the newly installed toilet is working good. Jeremy was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and had a way to articulate things to us to help us understand what was going on.

  My experience with this company was awesome. I phoned on a Friday regarding a declining water heater and a technician, Jordan, came out on Monday to review my concerns. He was on time and was sure to have plastic booties for when he had to enter my home. Jordan was very knowledgeable and informative throughout our discussion, being sure to confidently answer any questions I posed ( I had many, many questions). To keep this short, he practically provided a complete tutorial of the makeup and process of a water heater which certainly helped me to better understand why a replacement would be needed and the multiple options presented to me for completion. In addition, he conversed with a senior tech as well to ensure all points were relayed to me so that I would be absolutely comfortable making the best decision for longevity and cost efficiency. I never felt pressured. Thanks for your patience and customer care, Jordan! The new install went smoothly and my mind is at rest.
