  Our AC went out around 4:00 this afternoon, we called another company and they said to expect a tech to be out between 6&10. That company then canceled us due to being over booked after 7pm. We called Comfort Experts and heard back from their after hours technician within a few minutes! Lawton has been the most helpful and thorough HVAC tech we could have hoped for! They’re also upfront on pricing! Will highly recommend Comfort Experts to anyone.

  BUYER BEWARE — VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH COMFORT EXPERTS HEATING & COOLING I strongly recommend thinking twice before using Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling. Our HVAC system was installed by this company four years ago at a cost of approximately $13,600. A couple of months ago, we noticed that our system was no longer properly cooling our home. After investigating, we discovered that the system had completely frozen, with approximately a one-pound block of ice formed on the coils. We called Comfort Experts to diagnose the problem. It took three service visits before they determined that two of the three dampers had failed. We were then told the dampers had been improperly installed by their technician. Instead of being properly secured, the dampers had been left laying on the ground in our crawl space. Because the dampers were sitting directly on the ground, they were exposed to moisture, which we believe contributed to their premature failure. These components failed only about four years after installation, despite dampers typically having a much longer expected service life. Naturally, after spending $13,600 on a system installed by Comfort Experts, we contacted the company and asked them to warranty the failed dampers, particularly since their own technician’s installation appears to have contributed to the problem. They refused. What is most disappointing isn’t simply that a component failed. It’s that after acknowledging that the dampers had been improperly installed, the company still refused to stand behind the workmanship of the system they installed. We spent a significant amount of money with this company expecting professional installation and service. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. When something went wrong, we felt like we were left to deal with the consequences and the expense ourselves. I would not recommend Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling based on our experience. If you’re considering using them, I strongly encourage you to do your research and ask very specific questions about their installation practices and warranty coverage before signing a contract. For us, spending $13,600 on a system and then being told the company won’t take responsibility when improperly installed components fail after only four years is unacceptable.

  Chris arrived on time, was very polite and professional, did a thorough inspection, sat down with me and showed me a very well documented report of findings, which included photos, explained everything to me in layman terms that I could fully understand, provided a breakdown of the costs before proceeding. I was pleased with every aspect and he went straight to work in 100° and completed the repairs very efficiently. After completion, he did another thorough inspection of the repairs and went over the invoice with me again, which was exactly what he quoted in the beginning. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend their services. Upfront and honest company that is a gem to find these days! Chris was wonderful, from his manners to his knowledge and service skills! I hope his boss, Mike Tison sees this review!

  Lawton was phenomenal! I needed an emergency fix last night because my AC quit working. Lawton called me and gave me an estimated time he could make to me. He then sent me text message when he was on the way. When he arrived he was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my AC. It costed $140 for the after hours service fee and another $300 or so for the fix. I’ll definitely be looking into their maintenance program next paycheck as Lawton informed me that it’s only $199 a year and would cover the very issue I had!

  Comfort Experts has truly done me right! I went from not being able to properly cool my home and sweating every day to wearing sweatpants, socks, and blankets because my house is finally THAT comfortable! 😂 From my initial consultation with Mr. Tison to the technicians who completed the installation, the entire experience was phenomenal. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. I can definitely see why Comfort Experts has so many 5-star reviews! I received six different quotes from various companies for a new AC/heat pump installation, and honestly, none of them impressed me the way Comfort Experts did. I’m so glad I chose them! If you’re in need of HVAC repair, replacement, or a brand-new installation, Comfort Experts is definitely the company you want taking care of your home. I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
