  Lawton came over and was able to help us out with some AC issues in this lovely heat. He was kind and professional. Answered all our questions. Was respectful of our house and was transparent. I hope any needs in the future we get him again!

  Noticed that my A/C wasn’t turning on when I woke up so called to see if a tech could come out. A tech was out to our house an hour later and he was thorough in his inspection and explained in detail what he thought was wrong with our unit. After the problem was diagnosed, our A/C was back up and running within the hour. Service was excellent and I highly recommend this company to any one needing repairs or preventative maintenance.

  My AC recently went out on a Saturday night. I called the company that I have my service agreement with and they said they could not come out until the next day. It was 82° inside the house so I started searching and found the comfort experts. They sent a technician out that night and his name was Lawton. He immediately found the problem and fixed my issue. He was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and very polite. I will be changing over from my previous HVAC service company to this company. Thank you Lawton for coming out on a late Saturday night and thank you for being so kind.

  Came out to give me a second opinion after another hvac company told me I had a capacitor going bad on my unit that is in warranty and I needed to spend $300 to fix it. Comfort came out and looked at it to discover there were no issues with it and even if there were, the expense should be minimal inside of warranty. I will now only use Comfort experts!

  When our AC went out a couple of days ago I was a little anxious as I was thinking, no matter who I call, it will probably be a couple of days before they can send someone out. I didn’t know which company was best so after a little research, we took a chance on Comfort Experts. I called the next morning and they said Jeff could be there between 11am and 2pm. I was pleasantly surprised someone could get to us so quickly. Jeff arrived around 11:30 and it didn’t take long for him to diagnose and fix the problem! We had AC! Not only was Jeff quick at resolving the problem, he also gave us a short tutorial on our system. He was very knowledgeable and NO high pressure sales pitch. He did SUGGEST a maintenance plan which we will be purchasing. We felt as if Comfort Experts is a company that genuinely cares about their customers. The best part, we believed the charge for the service was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Comfort Experts! Thank you Jeff!
