My husband and I were impressed with Nick who goes over everything regarding home maintenance, warranties and care of the lawn. No stone was left unturned. We met Gaines the builder. He is personable and pays attention to detail. We were very impressed with these men! My husband and I have lived in SC for 25 years and have built the last 4 homes. These two men are an asset to Great Southern Homes! Trust me not everyone cares about the finished product … it is evident these two do.
