  I had to call CE Taylor for a last minute inspection and replacement. They answered after hours, met the next day and gave a very reasonable quote, started the process and in just one week from the first contact, we have a new system installed. The installation team even saved some intricate landscaping that was situated right in the middle of the project. They kept me informed, said they would meet at 8 and pulled up at 7:45. Everyone was not only professional, but just really nice young men! They called when the job was finished and I could not be happier from A-Z! Would 20/10 recommend!!

  Quick and efficient service. I contacted the office on a Friday afternoon, was told they were scheduling for Monday and had us on the list. The technician, Zack, gave us a call when he was a few minutes out and arrived soon after. He and his assistant were able to quickly locate the tank access, dig through the hard Midlands red clay and complete the job an short order. They refilled the hole created with minimal disruption to the surrounding area. Strongly recommend C.E. Taylor & Son for septic services.

  Highly recommend CE Taylor! They were able to help us with our septic system very quickly and were great communicators! Zach and Eric pumped our system and were so friendly and knowledgeable! Will use them for all future septic concerns!

  Tevin was the technician who came to my house on Saturday to pump out my septic tank. Initially we had an issue finding the tank but he was persistent and finally located the tank. Once he found the tank he had to dig through hard red clay and the temperature was extreme. Tevin was persistent, and skilled in performing the work that needed to be done and overcame all obstacles that got in the way. He worked through and finished the job when others would have given up. He is an excellent worker and very people friendly as well. I was extremely happy with all that he did to resolve my issue. Dale Price

  I recently had C.E. Taylor pump out my septic tank after a brief septic system scare which occurred over the July 4th weekend. Firstly, the two guys who worked on the pump-out of my tank were super polite, professional and very willing to share/explain what they were doing. Both Zach and Eric took the time to do their job professionally and efficiently, and answer all my questions as they did it (and I usually have a lot of questions!). While working, Zach also recommended certain products and explained their benefits, things that would help my septic system in the future. Within a couple of days, I drove to C.E. Taylor’s office to purchase one of these recommendations and I had the pleasure of meeting Morghan (who was working the office there) and she helped me with getting everything that I needed!! I shouldn’t be surprised to find a company employs great people in the field AND great people at the office… but meeting all these great folks was a nice surprise. Thanks must go to Manuel, too, for your help loading! Fantastic support by everyone - what a team! Many thanks to everyone I met over the last few days - Zach, Eric and Morghan - you’re an asset to your company and I thank you for taking care of me, my questions and my property. Thank you all so much!!! And thank you to Justin for connecting me with CET too!
