  Had Will come out to fix my 2inch pump which he said he was going to be able to fix even after being told we had a 4inch pump avaliable if he couldnt. After waiting 3 days without water for him to "fix" the pump he informed us that he couldnt prime it and we would have to use our 4 inch pump. The pipe that he cut going from the 2 inch pump evidently wasnt sealed properly and was cracked from him tightening it. I immediately called back when I found out that there was a leak and Will gives me David's number I call him and am told they are busy and wouldnt be able to get out that day but would be out the following morning. 4 days later and I cant get anyone on the phone and had to get someone else to fix this and my pump house is nearly rotten from the amount of water damage. Overall wouldnt recommend this company bc they dont act as if they know what they are doing and dont care about fixing their mistakes.

  Quick and professional service. Will was able to evaluate the issue and correct within 25 minutes of arriving onsite. Highly recommend based on professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness.
