Had an issue with water building in the emergency pan, after 2 visits out he was the only one that actually could determine the problem and find a solution, thanks Nicholas your the man!
- RBRyan BurtonSep 30, 20262.0I would not recommend these guys. I called about a leak from my air handler. I wanted to confirm it was just a drain line clog. They charged me an emergency call price. $128… Didn’t feel like that was necessary because it wasn’t after hours. The estimate to clear the clogged line and remove water from the drip pan was over &550 I asked if this was total. Was told that it didn’t include the charge for the service visit. So basically $700 dollars to clear a clogged drain line….. Snaked it , treated with chemicals and shop vac’ed the water out. Took me 30 min…. Pathetic how they are taking advantage of people.
- AAAlexaSep 21, 20261.0WARNING! DO NOT USE FOGEL SERVICES! Quite possibly the worst customer service EVER! It's been over a year-long nightmare of TWO broken AC units, maybe 30 service calls, and lying about a new air handler being installed. Each time a technician comes out here, they find something was done wrong at installation. I've been calling asking for a manager for months and no one has returned my calls. Unfortunately we will be getting lawyers involved next. This company is a joke! *Edited to add, I wrote a review of Fogel earlier this year and it got deleted.
