- JRJoe Roy2 days ago5.0Really pleased with the work Fogel performed. I made an appointment online on Saturday evening and received a phone call from dispatch shortly after which was unexpected. It was non-urgent and I asked for an appointment for the upcoming Monday which was great. Clay was also great to work with. He came over and was able to quickly identify the problem and resolve it once parts were delivered. Price was higher than I hoped for, but it’s the world we live in now with everything being expensive; so it is what it is. Overall really pleased with Fogel. Would definitely recommend.

Although Fogel gives you a window of time AM or PM, they are very good about texting when the tech will arrive and allow you to track real time. Super convenient. Camdyn was very friendly and professional, offered to take his shoes off and was very detailed in describing the work he did. In addition, Fogel provides a complete report with pictures and comments about the condition of all the related equipment.

Calling the office and scheduling service was easy, and they got me on their schedule very quickly. My service technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained to me, in detail, what he did and the condition of the unit. The pricing was fair also. Overall, I am very happy with this company based upon today's service, and from past experience with this company as well.
