  Our call for service was handled quickly and professionally. Service was performed later the same day as committed to. Camden was very friendly, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He diagnosed issue quickly and explained pricing and remedy. While the part we need is not readily available he “reworked” the unit so it could used until the part is replaced.

  I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I purchased my home in November, and as soon as the warmer weather arrived, it became obvious that the air conditioning system could not keep up. I contacted the owner's son, Cody, multiple times about the issue. He came out several times and eventually told me the problem was a faulty TXV valve. I paid approximately $1,000 to have it replaced because I was assured it would solve the issue. Unfortunately, after the repair, nothing changed. My upstairs still reaches 80°F on hot days. This HVAC system was installed when the house was built. I was repeatedly told that the 3.5-ton unit was the correct size according to Manual J calculations and met code requirements. However, this is a 4,000-square-foot, two-story home, and the system has never been able to maintain a comfortable temperature. I even spoke with my neighbors, and they told me they are experiencing the same problem with their systems. That raised concerns that these homes may have been equipped with the least expensive systems available simply to complete the builds. When I contacted Cody again, he recommended replacing everything with a 5-ton variable-speed system and all new ductwork for around $30,000. During our conversation, he quickly lowered the price to $25,000, which made me question the pricing and whether this recommendation was truly in my best interest. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted other HVAC companies. One company recommended installing two separate systems—one for each floor—which they explained would provide much better comfort and efficiency. Their quote was also significantly less expensive than the $25,000-$30,000 I was quoted for a single replacement system. Despite this, Cody continued pushing the single 5-ton system rather than discussing other options. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I spent money on a repair that did not solve the problem, and instead of standing behind the original installation, I felt pressured into purchasing an expensive replacement system. I expected a company that installed the original system to work toward a fair solution rather than immediately recommending a costly upgrade.   Our builder used Fogel for our AC unit. We recently had to have the system checked for leaks & charged with Freon after freezing up. We were told that it was not charged fully when installed and that MANY HOMES in the neighborhood had the exact same issue. A $1300 repair 2 years after moving in due to cheaping out on Freon is ridiculous. We DID NOT use Fogel for repairs!

  I am a homeowner in Nexton I purchased a DRB home Fogel installed the. HVAC . Fogel recently came out to do a “balancing” on the system because one of the front rooms was much hotter than the other rooms. The balancing has now changed it so that the master bedroom has hardly any air flow and is about 10 degrees warmer than the other rooms including the hallway. The entire house is cool except for the master bedroom bathroom and closet. I was told by the tech Cody I am A liar and he “sorry I feel That way” and he has proof the airflow is to code. He blames DRB and says it’s a design flaw. I asked To speak to a manger and he told me he’s it there is no one else and that I have To just deal with it. I’m going to take this as far as I can To make sure it is fixed. To spend this type of money on a home and for it to be brand new and the HVAC to have these issues is unacceptable the customer service is atrocious with this company and if I could give zero stars I would Appalling is an understatement. And they refuse to fix it
