  We bought a home downtown that was built in 1852, and decided to replace the roof as part of some upgrades we are making. I got four quotes. Three were in the same ballpark, and there was one outlier. I chose Lowcountry Roofing and Chance Nyman based on the visits he made with his crew chief and his obvious knowledge, along with reviews I saw. We were not disappointed. As with all old houses, you have to navigate the BAR and the various anomalies with the house itself. In this case, decades ago a previous owner has laid a metal roof over a shaker shingle roof, so there was a lot of work, debris and complexity to the project. Chance and his team were excellent. We had good communication throughout, the crew pointed out things that needed attention, and delivered a final product that was as good as advertised. We would highly recommend Chance and Lowcountry Roofing & Exteriors, and I’d be happy to speak with anyone to answer any questions. These guys deliver on their promise!!

  Great company owner personally gave quote for roof replacement and was very responsive following up with a quote. Answered any questions we had. Followed up with permitting and scheduling crew. Who were very professional and highly skilled and motivated. Came on time and completed within allotted time. . Left the area neat and controlled the debris with tarps and covered landscaping. Large magnets used for nail screw cleanup.

  Just did my 3rd roof with Chance. His guys are professional. On time every time and when they are done they clean up all the trash. The place is left nice and clean with a new roof. I would highly recommend Lowcountry roofing for your roofing needs.
