  I am so satisfied with the deal that I received today from Window World for new windows. I consulted with about five companies and not any of them came close to a reasonable price as Window World. In addition, the interest rate on my loan was much lower compared to others. Thank you so much Caleb Goeckner !!!!!

  I don't typically write reviews, but I had such a great experience from start to finish. From the beginning, Chloe was right on time, very friendly, communicative and knew her stuff! Ginger was also super friendly over the phone and helped me get scheduled right away! And the team that came out to install the windows was so professional, friendly, and prompt! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

  OUR WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED IN 2002. WE HAVE TWO WINDOW SEAL TO LEAK. THE WINDOWS WERE REPLACED PROMPTLY UNDER WRRANTY. TODAY WE HAD BALANCER ISSUE AND WW CAME THE NEXT DAY AND REPAIRED IT UNDER WARRANTY. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!

  Great people to work with, Parker came right out and replaced a window that was scratched, no questions asked. They are a rare, service first company. Highly recommend!

  Window World is the absolute best hands down!! My field rep Chloe has been nothing less than amazing!! From the first day she proved to be very knowledgeable made sure I was well aware and prepared for all things to come. She went as far as telling me the names of the individuals that I would get a call from and who would show up to do the work. Ginger the office representative was a great help as well making sure to call me keeping me informed of everything that was taking place just as Chloe said she would. Today was the big day the day in which I finally got to meet Daniel for myself as he came highly spoken of by Chloe, and I felt as if I knew him for years! He walked me through everything that was about to take place and throughout the job he constantly checked with me and made sure to answer any questions I had which were few to none. Once the install was complete he gave me a demonstration on how the windows work and even repeated it when my son came home. He allowed us to do some hands on training before he left, ensuring we got it down packed and didn’t miss and steps while he explained. I will only work with Chloe, Daniel and Ginger for all my replacements as they know how to treat people and answers all questions with such grace and compassion. Next on the list will be some new entry doors.
