- MOMary Orecchio1 day ago1.0Please don’t hire these people to do anything for you. They put new French doors in for my and did a horrible job. The workers are not knowledgeable and don’t care if they were correct or not. Also very rude and disrespectful. I had to hire someone to fix them because when it rains the water comes in and now my hard wood floor need to be replaced. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please DONT hire them. You will regret it.

When the representative CHLOE came to my home I was greeted by a delightful young woman who was so knowledgeable about the windows. She took the time to explain everything about the process. She answered all my questions. She took the time to measure each window with detail, and I had full trust that they would be the right size when they were made. Ginger took over from here, although Chloe was always available, she informed me about the process of my order and when I should expect the installation. The order arrived in their warehouse. Ginger called to arrange the installation which was scheduled to meet my needs. Kel and his crew arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They worked well together and did an awesome job. The windows are so beautiful. I’m so pleased with my decision to go with Window World and would highly recommend them.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
