  Julian Harding was a knowledgeable service provider for my water line which burst in the wall. Also detected roots in the clean-out line which cracked and caused backup. Repairs made. I'm satisfied and would request him again if needed.

  I called Meetze Plumbing when I discovered an emergency water leak at my home. Trish got me on the schedule that very same day for a technician to come out to my home to investigate. Caden responded quickly to investigate the emergency plumbing leak at my home. After inspection, he gave me multiple different options for repair or replacement. He did an outstanding job, and he was very respectful and professional!!! I would highly recommend Caden and Meetze Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs; as well as highly recommend them to others needing plumbing repairs!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We didn't call a plumber to solve a mystery—we already knew exactly what needed to be done: lift the toilet and snake the line. We were simply trying to save ourselves the time and hassle of doing it ourselves. To be fair, the technician was friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with. He was at our house for about 10 minutes, agreed that lifting the toilet and snaking the line was the correct solution, and then presented an estimate with a starting price of $1,000. Not a fixed price—a starting price, meaning it could have been even more. Since the company charges $49 just to come out, the entire visit felt like a quick money grab - no diagnostics, no troubleshooting, no investigation. Apparently, the real clog was between common sense and the estimate. Complete waste of time and $49. Rented an auto feed drain cleaner from Home Depot, lifted the toilet, snaked the line, and problem solved for less than $100 and under an hour of work time.

  Had a great experience with Meetze Plumbing today. They were able to respond to my water heater issue the same day, while a few other companies couldn’t get to me for several days. Logan was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure to buy or upsell services. I can see why they’re highly rated. If anyone is dealing with a water heater issue, I’d definitely recommend giving Meetze Plumbing a call.

  The technician was friendly and arrived promptly, but unfortunately the service did not resolve the actual issue. My original problem was a water leak coming from the water line connection behind my refrigerator. The technician replaced the component that connects the water line to the refrigerator, and after paying the bill, I believed the problem had been fixed. However, several months later, I discovered that water was still leaking from the same location. This means the underlying issue was not properly diagnosed or resolved during the service visit. While I appreciate the technician’s professionalism, I am disappointed that I paid for a repair that did not correct the problem and that the leak continued after the work was completed. I am happy to discuss this for a more satisfying resolution.
