Cassell Bros. Technician, David Knight, arrived in May 2026 to perform the annual preventive maintenance service on my plumbing system. David was very polite and knowledgeable as he checked various plumbing devices throughout the house. When he checked the hot water tank, located in the attic, he discovered it had a slow leak as evidenced by the 1” puddle located in the holding pan under the water tank. Fortunately he arrived before the water did any serious damage since it was in the attic and never looked at. David provided an immediate quote to replace the leaking tank, which turned out to be 17 years old.
I accepted the quote and he began the replacement immediately. He and another tech. worked several hours and did a professional job on the replacement. Disaster avoided and I had hot water that evening.

Cassell was charging my credit card for a few months for services not rendered. I tried several times last week to speak with somebody directly. The first time, the messaging service hung up as soon as it was answered. The second time, I asked the AI for a call back but never got called. The third time, I left a message with an operator who said they left a message with someone in accounting. After not hearing back, the fourth time, I spoke with that person in accounting who claimed they had never received the message.
Update: Cassell did refund me my payments fairly quickly after I spoke with the person in accounting, who was helpful... but I shouldn't have to spend so much time navigating their phone system to get the right person on the phone to correct a mistake that they made.

Deonne Lykes came in my home and reviewed possible plumbing concerns. He insulted me Telling me that I have inappropriate people come in my home and service my plumbing, which was not the fact the fact was I’ve had professional plumbers come out and service my home. He attempted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for changing out faucets which I believe was $745 or $945. Then he tried to replace a water heater that is not broken because he says the piping needs to be redone and Attempt to charge me over $3000 for that. Then he said that my toilets were shaking which they were not. I tested out all of them and they were replaced by a professional plumber prior to his visit. Which he then was going to charge me over $400 to just take them off and reset them so they didn’t shake it anymore. I was very unhappy and then when I tried to call the office to tell them about the problem I never received a phone call. The other service people that came out to my home the electrical and the HVAC guy were amazing, however Deonne Lykes just wanted to make money off of me. After looking at the bill that he was going to charge me it was well over $5000. I then had another company come out and And look at what he was trying to charge me and they said that he was just trying to rip me off because I was a female. I don’t know that for Accuracy however, the amount of money that he was going to charge me for things that make no sense is ridiculous. A new faucet in Lowe’s would’ve cost me $69 and he was gonna charge me more than $700 to replace it. He left a bad taste and makes it very hard to trust Cassell brothers

Mr. Trevor was very professional , well groomed , and punctual . He arrived at my home on the day before Easter , that Saturday morning . I called several other companies and they didn’t respond nor did they have any plumbers to service me due to the Easter holiday . I was affirmed / assured by both the receptionist and Trevor that I will be taken care of . Mr . Trevor diagnosed my gargling toilet and inspected my sewer line . The morning of my toilet was gargling and my shower and bath tub was backing up to where water leaked all over my floor . However , everything cleared and on it’s own . Trevor did give me recommendations on what I should do if it happens again with a solution and an estimate . God Almighty knows I felt so much better b/c Trevor was attentive as well . Thanks Cassel Brothers for providing me with a good experience.
