  Excellent experience with Cassell Brothers Home Services! Tristan was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into additional repairs. He completed the work thoroughly, cleaned up after himself, and even cleaned my bathroom before he left. That level of professionalism and respect for my home was truly appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that Cassell Brothers Home Services is the company that succeeded Meetze Plumbing, a company I had a great experience with years ago. It’s wonderful to see that same commitment to honest, quality service continue. Before leaving, Tristan even reinstalled my closet light fixture and left the area as neat and safe as possible while I wait for the drywall repair. That extra attention to detail meant a lot. Thank you, Tristan, for an outstanding job. I highly recommend Cassell Brothers Home Services!

  Cassell Brothers have reliable, knowledgeable and timely technicians. I have the maintenance membership and they make sure all my systems are running properly and provide a list of recommended services/repairs if any. Pricing varies and can be steep but does come with peace of mind warranty on any work completed.

  Cassel Brothers Heating & Air absolutely exceeded every expectation! Over a holiday weekend, I was expecting long wait times and limited availability, but Brianna completely changed that experience. From the moment she answered the phone, she was warm, compassionate, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like a priority, kept me informed every step of the way, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Employees like Brianna are the reason customers keep coming back. As impressive as the phone service was, service technician Derin took it to the next level. He arrived in less than two hours after 5 PM on a holiday weekend, which was unbelievable. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and quickly got everything taken care of while explaining the process along the way. The entire team went above and beyond, delivering a level of service that other companies simply couldn’t match when I needed help the most. Castle Brothers Heating & Air has earned a customer for life. If you’re looking for a company that truly values its customers and stands behind its service, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!

  Tim Freeman installed all new pipes under our house. The pipes were old and in bad shape and water pressure in our house was an issue. There were multiple leaks under the house which created some sub floor damage and the leaking issue needed to be addressed quickly. We found Tim to be quite knowledgeable about plumbing and resourceful and confident in his work. He did good, quick work and got our pipes up and running. No more leaking. And, he was friendly and courteous in his communications with us. That is important. Thank you, Tim. Thank you, Cassell Brothers Plumbing!

  My upstairs AC went out on a Friday night. I called Cassell Brothers Saturday morning. They were able to send a technician out early that afternoon. The technician that showed up was named Pablo and he was very knowledgeable and was able to get my AC working quickly. He also gave a lot of good tips and was able to walk me through some things that I need to do to make sure my AC works properly. I would highly recommend Pablo and Cassell Brothers if you are in need of a quality AC repair.
