  I had my Roof of 472m2 done in October 2023 , it has been one awesome experience working with JCB Roofing , from the day they got here until they left , to no fault of theirs I picked up a leak and within hours of my call they were back to fix the problem and add additional value to the whole process , anyone looking at redoing their roof cover , you will be just as pleased as I am, I will definitely recommend them to anyone for any job , big or small. From the admin staff , management and the actual crews , all were involved to deliver a professional job.

  Talk about honest!! Bobby, the owner, was prompt in responding to my call. I had two roofers tell me I had a leak in my skylight but Bobby said there was no leak, only residue due to the height of the skylight in my kitchen. Bobby brought his ladder in and wiped the residue away with a cloth and would not take any money!. I will be using this company in the future!!!

  JCB put on my roof less than a year ago and has not come back to repair a damaged shingle. Extremely poor follow up . I definitely would not recommend them.

  Work was FANTASTIC.................phone service was TERRIBLE..........NO ANSWER... REPEATED LEFT MESSAGE ON PHONE..............EACH TIME TALKED TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. REALLY NEED TO TIGHTEN UP PHONE STAFF.
