  Thank you for the prompt service of my air conditioning during this exceptionally hot weather. The technician Joe was on time and was very thorough. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time.

  The service tech showed up right on schedule and he performed an overall check of the system as requested. He cleaned out the drip line and cleaned the outdoor units. He also provided some good advice. We are very satisfied with the company and the work of their technician.

  I have been having several issues with my new A/C unit . System turning itself off and not cooling properly when running . All regular maintenance is repeatedly done so the problems are not easy to diagnose. My technician Jereme T was professional , on time and really listened to what I have observed with my system , and went to work. My attic is extremely warm in the Summer and difficult to get to , and Jereme worked up there as long as needed to get my unit temporarily up and running. He is knowledgeable , patient , and thorough . Although my unit is still having issues, I expect EAC to be able to resolve them and appreciate Jereme for his work done.
