  Nathan and Jose were thorough in checking our AC and air handler. Jose noticed our filter on the air handler was in need of a change. Plus Nathan noticed a filter in our vent in the hallway that is not needed. Thanks to both of you for your diligence today.

  Kyle at EAC is a true pro, friendly, quick to diagnose, honest and fair. I highly recommend them for service or equipment replacements. I have used them for everything from tune ups to full installs and I couldn't be happier.

  AC wasn’t working so I called the office. Spoke with an extremely nice lady. Couldn’t promise a tech could come out today but for sure tomorrow. She called back 10 mins later saying the tech would be here today. 30 mins later, Joe arrived. He diagnose the issue within 10-15 mins. Showed me the price. Had it fixed in the next 30 mins. For how hot it’s been, I was expecting days later. EAC came through like they always do. Been using this company for 10 years and I hope they never change! Thank you so much!

  Technician was very professional. Came here for a specific problem and addressed it. No upsell tactics. He did raise to my attention a minor concern and asked his office to send me a quote how much it will cost to address. Shared with me ways I can see operational parameters from within my HVAC system. Very pleased with E.A.C. Heating & Air!!

  Ryan was excellent -- he was detail-oriented and took the extra time to check the system multiple times to be sure it was working properly. It's never a pleasant experience when your air conditioning fails during hot weather, but Ryan's professionalism made it an overall pleasant experience.
