  Another great job by the guys at Palmetto Cool. They completely replaced all the duct work in my attic. They arrived on time, completed the work in a very timely manner. They completely cleaned up all the old materials. Seth and Reed are very helpful and polite. The cost was very reasonable for the work that had to be completed. Highly recommend.

  Made an after hrs service call for Palmetto to come and check my unit. They were courteous and professional. They sent me a text to confirm their eta and was able to diagnose my issue in a timely manner.

  I had an excellent experience! Seth was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what was going on with my HVAC system. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed quickly. Reed was equally impressive—he was extremely helpful, kept the work area clean throughout the job, and even swept up before they left. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Seth and Reed were both a breath of fresh air. It's refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about doing quality work and providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them!
