  no call, no show after they choose the day and time on a huge punch list - I could have made other plans and found someone else. Now I need to scramble and find someone and project delayed

  Great Customer Service I worked with John via email and over the phone while we were out of State in Arizona. We purchased the home only to find out the roof was the original roof. John did his best to give us the best price and worked within our time frames. The crews arrived on time and did a great job and even made sure all the debris was cleaned up. Hell I even found the owner walking around my property checking on the crews. Shocking to see an owner checking job sites. Very Professional. If I could give more then 10 Stars it wouldn't even be enough to show how pleased we are with the professionalism and workmanship. We highly recommend Whipple Roofing.
