  Justin, Donnie and a third technician whose name I did not catch recently completed a crawl space encapsulation on our property and did an outstanding job. They kept me posted with the progress, let me know when things would be very loud, and brought heating units in case it got too cold since the heating and air conditioning had to be turned off during the work. A question arose after they left and Justin return to address my question the same day as I called. Stellar!!

  Although the Service Techs were really nice, I will complete survey after we select which company we choose to do the job. Would be irrelevant and useless to do now because nothing has been done. Still looking as we did not get a definitive price on the One job that we requested done, for which we made that clear when scheduling the estimate. However we did get a huge estimate for add ons. Taking it one step at a time and will follow up. Thank You.

  Holden was very professional and informative checking out our system . He answered any questions we had and explained his concerns and recommendations to us during our fall service checkup. We are very pleased with his work.

  Tuck & Howell has the most knowledgeable and friendly/courteous technicians. Holden explained everything he was doing thoroughly and answered all questions that I presented him. T&H runs a bit on the pricey side IMHO, but I have not had a complaint about their work and I expect them to stand behind what they do.

  Elijah was the HAVC Tech that serviced our two HVAC systems on Sept 23,2026. He was very knowledgeable, answered my questions, was polite, and neat. Would definitely request Elijah for our next service call. Nathan, who is their Sales Consultant, was also present on this service call. He was very knowledgeable, answered questions to my satisfaction concerning any equipment that could possibly need replacing in the future. Nathan was never adamant that I had to have additional work/replacement repair done immediately. That was very much appreciated.
