  We had an excellent experience with Service Pro heating and air service. Our technician, Becca, was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home and everyone in it. Throughout the service, Becca kept us informed about what was happening, explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand, and stayed focused on the job from start to finish. At the end of the visit, Becca reviewed everything that had been done, showed us pictures of the problem, and clearly explained how it was repaired. That level of communication and transparency gave us confidence that the job was done right. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Service pro heating and air and Becca for anyone needing heating and air service!

  We asked for a second opinion because we believed our first diagnosis was incorrect, which it was….Becca was very knowledgeable and completely honest. Definitely feel like they are a trust worthy company and would prefer to use them from now on.

  I am so thankful- Victor and Rob did an AMAZING job!! They were extremely thorough and honest. I could not have asked for a better experience; they saved me $ by giving me an honest opinion and working hard to find the root cause of the issue. I will never use any other company for any HVAC needs!

  Terrible Service & Dishonest Company I used this company a few months ago and the exact same problem has already returned. When the technician was here, I specifically asked him if these units were good and what their expected lifespan was. He looked me in the eye and said, “They’ll go forever.” That was clearly not true.When the issue came back just 3 months later, my home warranty company contacted them. The owner’s response? “They only get a 1-month warranty.” On the same issue they were just paid to fix.This company wasted my time, my money, and left me without comfort in my own home. Their technician gave a completely unrealistic expectation and the owner refuses to stand behind their work.I do NOT recommend this company at all. If you value your time, money, and comfort, look somewhere else. Very disappointed and frustrated.
